A Funnel Audit takes two weeks from access to delivery. A CRO Strategy follows in weeks three and four. If you move to an Ongoing Optimisation retainer, you’ll see the first test results within 30–45 days of kick-off. Most clients see a statistically significant conversion improvement within 60–90 days.

As a rough guide, you need at least 1,000 monthly sessions to the pages you want to optimise for A/B testing to reach statistical significance in a reasonable timeframe. That said, our Funnel Audit is valuable at any traffic level — identifying structural friction doesn’t require volume, and fixing those issues often has an immediate impact regardless of traffic size.

At minimum, we need read access to Google Analytics 4. Heatmap data (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar) is very helpful but not essential — we can set it up as part of the engagement if you don’t have it. For the Ongoing Optimisation retainer, we’ll also need access to your CMS or testing platform (Optimizely, VWO, or similar) or your developer.

Both options are available. Our Funnel Audit and CRO Strategy deliverables are designed to be handed to your internal team or developer. Our Ongoing Optimisation retainer includes implementation support — we’ll work directly with your team and handle test setup, QA, and deployment. We’re flexible and can adapt to your existing workflow.

We don’t guarantee specific numbers — that would be dishonest, because results depend on your baseline, traffic quality, and your team’s speed of implementation. What we do guarantee is a rigorous, evidence-based process that has delivered an average 3.2× conversion lift across our client base. We’re happy to share relevant case studies before you commit.

Our Ongoing Optimisation retainer has a three-month minimum engagement. This is because meaningful CRO results require at least two full test cycles, and the compounding gains take around 90 days to become apparent. After the initial three months, the retainer continues on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days’ notice to pause or cancel.
